- Take photos or video for your records
After the Tour
- Return the key to the lockbox and ensure it's locked
- Ready to apply? Submit your application online
- Application fee is $65 per adult applicant
- Processing takes 1–7 business days

Self-Guided Tour FAQ
How does the electronic lockbox work?
After you are verified as an approved viewer, you will receive a unique one-time PIN code via text message. Enter this code on the lockbox at the property door to access the key. The lockbox automatically logs your visit for security.
How long do I have for the self-guided tour?
Self-guided tours are scheduled in 30-minute time slots. This gives you plenty of time to walk through the property, check rooms, closets, the yard, and take photos or video.
Can I bring someone with me to the viewing?
Yes. You may bring family members, a co-applicant, or a friend. All adult applicants who will live in the home should try to attend if possible, as each person over 18 must submit a separate application.
Is there a fee to schedule a viewing?
No. Scheduling and viewing a property is completely free. The $65 application fee is only charged when you submit a rental application.
What if no time slots are available?
If the online calendar is fully booked, new time slots are added regularly. You can also contact our office at (682) 200-6700 to arrange a showing.
Do I need to apply before viewing?
No, you do not need to apply before viewing. However, we do verify your identity via text message before issuing a lockbox PIN for security purposes.
What should I look for during the tour?
Check the condition of appliances, plumbing fixtures (run faucets), HVAC operation, windows and doors, flooring, storage space, the yard, and the neighborhood. Take photos or video for your reference.
